A very quick edit to the Performance Settings will most likely fix your sluggish Windows 10 installation.

PS: I didn’t have several hard drives connected to my laptop when I did this video so I failed to mention that you want to select the disk that has Windows 10 installed. If you have more than one hard drive they will all show in the Virtual Memory Settings screen.
