Continued support of all Dr Dale PC customers will be provided by Steve Aldrich (founder of First Coast Computer Services), as it has been since Late December 2015.  You can count on the same polite, timely, & affordable computer repairs that you have always had with Dr Dale PC. These include:

transition the business into Steven’s hands.

For the last two years Steven has been the one in your homes and businesses taking care of all of your technology pains. Those of you who have met Steven, know his commitment to providing you with patient, affordable, and timely, service.

Over the past two years, Dr Dale has been in the background taking your calls and emails and passing them along. With his busy schedule there have been times when it was difficult to get the rapid response you really need when you have a computer issue.

From now on, all phone calls and email will be answered by Steven, meaning a faster response in your times of need. The Phone number is the same: 904-471-4858, but will now ring Steven’s Cell phone directly. Dr Dale’s email address will also reach Steven to ensure that you get a quick response.
